Playing Time
Playing time is earned
The amount of playing time a player receives will vary based on skill set, the skills of teammates, the opponent, attendance at practice, and the individual Coach's philosophy. Unlike recreation or other youth basketball programs, there is no minimum playing time or a guarantee that everyone will play in every game.
In the event that you need to discuss your player receiving more playing time, the first and best step is always to speak directly with the Coach.
It is EOTO's policy that Board Members and Officers do not intervene in disputes over individual playing time.
The Coach has the final say over playing time.
